I finally figured out my fear of going to bed. It’s called “Sleep dread”. I’m already anxious, and know that laying down ready to go to bed will make my brain start going, so I get even MORE anxious about THAT.
I found a few cool meditations, though.
the new platform comes out for a few customers Monday – I really hope the guys can pull it off. I asked S to tell the full version people to hold off, but he said there aren’t that many. I wish I knew exactly how many there are.
I know, I could count them, but not tonight.
I need to get the use case stuff done for B. I can do that now. Then I’ll go smoke. then I’ll decide if I want to go through sleep dread.
